Yes, sessions can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Last-minute changes may be subject to a fee.
Yes, we provide virtual training options for those unable to attend in-person sessions. These sessions focus on technique, drills, and conditioning you can perform at home.
