REFUND POLICY

All refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy. By purchasing training sessions, packages, or subscriptions, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet the stated criteria. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you have questions or concerns regarding refunds, please contact us directly for clarification before making a purchase.

We strive to provide exceptional basketball training services and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, the following refund policy applies:

Session Refunds: Refunds for canceled sessions will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

No-Show Policy: Refunds will not be granted for missed sessions without prior notice.

Packages and Subscriptions: Refunds for training packages or subscriptions are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds for unforeseen emergencies or special cases will be considered at our discretion.
